Warranty

A one-year warranty is applicable on all of our products starting from time of delivery from our facility. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, whether material or labor, provided the product is used for the purposes for which it was designed and recommended, and it has been properly installed by qualified personnel for this purpose.

Any request for return must be authorized by the sales department of ITI Hydraulik (Les Industries Tournebo Inc.). Following a written permission from us, a return date will be established. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our facility and its return. Be sure to ship us the product with the same methods you received it originally. If the product is deemed defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Claims for damages, loss of time, changes or adjustments not approved by ITIHydraulik (Les Industries Tournebo Inc.), interrupted maintenance, vandalism or improperly handled transport shall not apply. Our liability is limited to faulty equipment and inadequate repairs made.

Free advice and technical guidance are provided by the manufacturer. They are intended for people with knowledge and skills in this area who will use them at their own risk. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages caused during use by the client.

From the date of delivery, the customer will assume all liability and costs in relation to an injury, illness, death, damage, and destruction of property resulting from the use of the equipment sold by ITI Hydraulik (Les Industries Tournebo Inc.).
